With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Attach the Recall Training Lead to your dog's harness and allow him to drift no more than 15ft away from you. When you are ready, call your dog's name in a happy, excited manner to get his attention.Reward your dog as soon as he returns to you with a toy or a treat and praise.Initially practise your recall in the garden or quiet area using the Recall Training Lead. Continue to recall and reward your dog until his response is quick and reliable.
In a larger open area, gradually allow your dog more freedom while continuing to engage him with recall, treats and praise.If your dog becomes distracted, hold on to the end and gently reel it in whilst encouraging him to return to you.When your dog is very reliable, in safe areas you can allow the lead to trail behind him. If necessary, you can pick up or step on the lead to control his movements.
